Shipping & Policies

Real Fact Inc. offers flexible freight options including Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and flatbed delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space and equipment for offloading at the delivery site. Dock delivery is standard; liftgate service availability must be requested and confirmed prior to shipment.

All shipments require inspection upon arrival. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to follow these protocols may impact claim resolution.

Returns & Terms

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Real Fact Inc. Unauthorized returns will be refused. A restocking fee of 20% may apply to all accepted returns, alongside any applicable freight charges. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Our commercial wholesale terms are provided with every quote. These terms govern all transactions, including payment schedules, order cancellation policies, and warranty information. By confirming an order, clients agree to the full terms and conditions outlined in the wholesale agreement.
